By placing an order with Trap House Stickers, the customer accepts these terms. Product prices and applicable taxes are displayed on the website, and shipping costs are shown before completing the purchase.
Custom Products
Final print quality depends on the quality and resolution of the file provided by the customer. Trap House Stickers is not responsible for errors contained in the original design, including spelling mistakes, incorrect sizes, wrong files or low-resolution artwork.
Refunds will not be issued for these reasons when the product has been correctly produced according to the file provided. Colours may vary slightly from those displayed on screen.
This does not affect the customer's right to make a claim if the product received is defective or different from the product ordered.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout according to the characteristics of the order and the delivery destination and are displayed before payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and possible logistical or customs delays.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
To request a cancellation or return, please contact traphousestickers@gmail.com and provide your order number.
Where legally applicable, consumers have 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
If a product is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so that we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
