SHIPPING: We ship worldwide, but reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a refund if our shipping agent is unable to deliver to your country.

RETURNS: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds if the product does not meet your expectations or if you change your mind.

If you have made an error, we cannot rework or reuse the item, and therefore cannot offer a refund or credit.

However, if any of the goods are defective or if we have made an error, we will gladly refund or replace the goods.

Please notify us within 2 days of receipt via email at traphousestickers@gmail.com, preferably with a picture of the error and your order number.

Please understand that there is still a human element to our service.

We accept returns of non-customized goods, within 10 days of purchase. We reserve the right not to refund if the goods arrive used or damaged.
