SHIPPING: We are able to ship worlwide, but we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you if our shipping agent is unable to send to your country.
Because the Covid-19 the goods can may delay, please be patience, we will give you the tracking number and we will help you if you need.
RETURNS: Due to the personalised nature of our goods we are unable to offer a refund if the product is not to your liking or you have changed your mind.
If you have made an error we cannot re-work the item or re-use it and therefore cannot offer a refund or credit. If any of the goods are defective or we have made an error we will gladly either refund or replace the goods.
Please notify us within 2 days of arrival, email as at email@example.com.
If we have made an error please could you contact us ASAP preferably accompanied with a picture of the error along with your order no. We will send a replacement ASAP. Please accept there is still a human element to our service.
We accept returns of non-customized goods (for example, the official Merch) up to 10 days after purchase. We reserve the right not to refund if the goods arrive used or damaged.
IMPORTANT: When placing your order please check that all text is correct as we can’t always promise to correct grammatical errors made by yourselves. If you have placed an order for a design we will send a visual image of the design before printing. Please check the design carefully as once you agree to the design and it has gone to print we are unable to amend anything.
